miss Universe/Canada Samantha Tajik Samantha competed in the Miss Universe Canada 2008 pageant, and on April 28, 2008 was crowned the winner by outgoing titleholder, Inga Skaya. She represented Canada at the Miss Universe 2008 pageant in Vietnam in July 2008.
